Congratulations, Healthistas. We have officially reached the half way point.
Day 15 is sure to bring the heat, working your whole body from squats to arm presses. All that is needed is you and your water bottles.
You know the drill, just 10 minutes and you’re done. Let’s do this.
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Lateral lunge, return to centre balancing on one leg to shoulder press with water bottles
- Move #2 Alternate side
- Move #3 One leg walking plank
- Move #4 Lateral squat to overhead press with water bottles
- Move #5 One leg walking plank alternate side
